Gabby Agbonlahor has told talkSPORT that he was left amazed by reported Leeds United target and Wolves winger Adama Traore when he first trained with him.
Spanish outlet SPORT claim that Traore is wanted by Leeds, who is stumbling over a new contract at the Midlands outfit.
During Agbonlahor’s playing days for Aston Villa, he was known for his speed and he was being asked which current Premier League players would be quicker than him in his prime.
One name that popped up was Traore’s and Agbonlahor made it clear that he has seen ‘nothing like it’ when talking about the versatile Wolves winger.

On Traore being one of the quickest he’s ever seen: “Yes when he came to Villa I honestly couldn’t believe it. I was like ‘wow’. The size of him as well. The muscles. I thought, how could he be that quick? Honestly, I have seen nothing like it.”
Traore hasn’t hit the heights for Wolves this season like he did during the previous campaign, but one of the reasons behind that could be the absence of Raul Jimenez.
It does seem as though the Barcelona academy product needs a new lease of life and his qualities mixed with Leeds would result in a seriously dangerous partnership.
Marcelo Bielsa has improved near-on every player at Elland Road and it would be scary to think what he could do with Traore’s qualities.
