Well, Liverpool v Leeds United has thrown up a fascinating first half at Anfield this evening.
Unitedsecured a 1-0 lead early in the game when Rodrigo tapped into an empty net following a defensive calamity between Joe Gomez and Alisson.
Liverpool restored parity when Mohamed Salah volleyed home an excellent cross from Andy Robertson, deflating Leeds after their miracle start.
The Elland Road outfit travelled to Merseyside without a Premier League victory since August, but the Whites refused to sit back and almost restored their lead when Brendan Aaronson hit the bar.

The 22-year-old American popped up between Trent Alexander-Arnold – who shoved the Leeds attacker in the back – and Gomez, but could only volley, but could only volley a wonderful Rasmus Kristensen delivery against the woodwork.
Here’s what Jamie Carragher said live on Sky Sports [29/10, 8:07pm]: “What a start we’ve had to the game! End-to-end, chances at both ends. Liverpool so easy to play against now. Kristensen, what a pass, Aaronson… wow!”
Both sides had further opportunities to go ahead before the break, with Illan Meslier denying Darwin Nunez with an out-stretched leg, after Alisson atoned for his earlier error by saving well from Jack Harrison.
It’s been a blinding first 45 minutes at Anfield, but neither manager will be particularly happy with how their side is playing – particularly Jurgen Klopp.
