Ethan Ampadu has been blown away on Instagram by video footage of Georginio Rutter tearing it up in Leeds United colours.
After joining Leeds United during the January transfer window, Georginio Rutter found life tough at the then-struggling Premier League club.
It didn’t help matters that the man who brought him to Yorkshire – Jesse Marsch – was sacked the following month.
Javi Gracia didn’t last long, before Sam Allardyce couldn’t prevent their relegation. All in all, English football hit Georginio Rutter right in the face like a ton of bricks.
Rather than feel sorry for himself, the 21-year-old has picked himself up, put his head down and got going again for Leeds United in the Championship.
The versatile forward is a flair player, who likes dancing and carrying the ball, as well as playing with freedom. Well, in a small clip posted on his Instagram, he showcased some of his early work this season, which left his teammates impressed.

Wales international and Leeds defender Ethan Ampadu simply wrote ‘wow’ in the comment section, whilst Luke Ayling added: ‘Love that happy face of yours’.”
Georginio Rutter is tearing it up
Leeds United are now starting to see the real Rutter because, last season, he was put in unfortunate circumstances.
Like many of the relegated Leeds players, he could have gone out on loan, or at least, try to force a move.
But the fact that he didn’t is a credit to the player and how he has some very good people around him.
