After watching Dominic Calvert-Lewin head home England’s second goal against San Marino last night, some fans noticed something strange.

As the Everton forward ran off to celebrate, some fans were taken aback at the size of his shin-pads.

You can see why supporters were more interested in talking about his shin-pads than his excellent header, as they are absolutely ridiculous.

By the looks of them, they would barely cover up his kneecap, let alone his whole shin!

Some people had already spotted his oddly small shin-pads back in December.

As he ran off to celebrate a goal against Burnley at Turf Moor, Calvert-Lewin’s tiny shin-pads gained plenty of attention.

However, if we’re to be blunt, we have no idea how he’s allowed to wear them.

They simply cannot be regulation size.

Let’s see how some fans reacted to the 24-year-old’s odd choice of shin-wear…
