The on-loan Barnsley striker is said to fancy a move to Leeds United ahead of several other clubs this summer.

Leeds United’s visit of Barnsley this weekend could be Paul Heckingbottom’s last in charge of the Whites, according to some people at least.
Heckingbottom has only won two of his 13 games in charge of Leeds, the club for which he left Barnsley at the start February.
But would the sword used to end his reign be a double-edged one, after Tuesday’s reports about Oli McBurnie?

According to the Sun, McBurnie fancies a move to Leeds this summer, ahead of several other clubs including Derby County and Sheffield Wednesday.
And – if true – the chances are that the presence of Heckingbottom is one of the main reasons behind that stance, as well as the Whites being his hometown club.
It was, after all, Heckingbottom who brought McBurnie to Barnsley shortly before his departure, after a long-running pursuit which would have ended five months earlier had the correct paperwork been signed.

Eight goals in 13 games later, there should be no shortage of Championship bosses competing for the Scotland Under-21 striker.
And losing theirs could significantly dent Leeds’ hopes of seeing off the rest.
