Leeds United are reportedly keen on the Mali international.

According to The Sun on Sunday’s Goals section (27/05; page 8), Leeds United are interested in signing Ousseynou Cisse this summer.
The 27-year-old is the latest in quite a long list of players to be linked with Leeds.
The MK Dons midfielder might not be the most high-profile player linked with a move to West Yorkshire, but could he be a hugely important addition nonetheless?
Cisse, a five-time Mali international, is a physical specimen and the Whites definitely lacked a certain bite in midfield last season.

Eunan O’Kane, Ronaldo Vieira, Kalvin Phillips and Adam Forshaw each have their own talents, but would any of them evoke a sense of anxiety in opposition players before a Leeds game? Perhaps not, but Cisse, who stands at 6’5, might.
The Championship is a division noted for its physical element and it probably hasn’t helped United’s cause in recent seasons that some of their players are more silk than steel.
Cisse, on the other hand, would surely add a sense of steel that is desperately lacking and although he might not be a Kyle Bartley or a Oli McBurnie in terms of profile, he may be a very important addition if he winds up at Elland Road.
