The Wolverhampton Wanderers defender spent the 2011-12 season on loan to Sheffield Wednesday.

Sheffield Wednesday have already been linked with a move for one former Owls loanee who is currently on the books of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
But some of their fans on Twitter are calling for the return of another, after his cameo against them at Hillsborough on Friday.
Wednesday were threatening an equaliser when Danny Batth was summoned from the bench by Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, but the defender’s introduction seemed to put a cork in Carlos Carvalhal’s side’s resurgence.

Batth – who helped the Owls to promotion from League One at the start of the decade – was well received by the home crowd and tweeted afterwards: “Big away win from everyone @Wolves ground it out in the second half against a good team, always great to see some familiar faces @swfc #wwfc”
This is how Wednesdayites have reacted to Batth’s return…
According to the Daily Star, Sheffield Wednesday are among the clubs chasing Wolves winger Ben Marshall, whose Hillsborough loan spell coincided with that of Batth.
But while the latter player saw his six-month deal extended by the Owls, the same could not be said of Marshall, who was sold instead to Leicester City in January 2012.
Would Wolves’ Batth be a good signing for Sheffield Wednesday?
