Some Stoke City fans on social media have been reacting after it was reported that Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Harry Souttar.
Indeed, Tottenham have sent scouts to watch the Australian defender and it seems as though the London club could be looking at potentially signing him.
Spurs fans have had their say about the links to Souttar, and it’s fair to say they’re quite excited by the prospect of the 6 ft 7 ace joining Tottenham.
However, as you can imagine, Stoke fans aren’t too impressed by the idea of losing Souttar, and it’s not hard to understand why.
Souttar is one of the Potters’ most important players and with the Staffordshire outfit looking to finish in the top six in the Championship this season, this is a rather unwelcomed rumour.
However, despite not wanting Souttar to leave, Stoke fans are seemingly adamant that Souttar would be a rousing success if he ended up playing for the north London outfit, with more than one fan claiming that he would be one of Spurs’ best defenders ever.
