Paul Scholes told Premier League Productions during their live coverage of Liverpool’s win at Sheffield United on Sunday that Adrian does’ worry’ him.
The Old Trafford legend also defiantly claimed that Liverpool will finish in the top-four at the end of the season even with ‘all the problems they have had’.
Whilst it wasn’t plain-sailing from the off for the champions against the Premier League’s bottom-of-the-table side, Liverpool eventually did their job in securing a much-needed three points and a valuable clean sheet yesterday.
It now puts them back on track to secure Champions League football at the end of the campaign after a number of weeks of indifferent results.
Even though finishing in the top four is out of Liverpool’s hands, Scholes thinks their midfield and attack will get them over the line.
“The keeper does worry me a little bit,” said Scholes. “He looks a little low on confidence.
On Liverpool’s top-four chances: “It has been a good weekend for them. I expect them to finish in the top four.
“I know all the problems they have had but the quality they had in the middle of the pitch and up the pitch with the attacking players then I expect them to finish in the top four.”

After a season ravaged with injuries, it would be no surprise if every Liverpool fans just wants this season to end as quickly as possible.
But they do have a chance to salvage something from this campaign because they are still in the Champions League.
They hold a healthy advantage over RB Leipzig, and whilst Liverpool have had their troubles on the domestic scene, number seven might just be on the cards even if they aren’t fancied.
