Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira has raved about Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho on his personal Instagram account.
Khedira worked with Mourinho at Real Madrid earlier in his career, and says that he still keeps in touch with the Tottenham manager even now.
The German international has worked with some of the most high profile bosses in football during his glistening career, but he thinks that Mourinho is the best of the bunch.
“The most impressive person as a coach and person is Jose Mourinho because in fact he trusted me,” Khedira said.
“The biggest step in my career from Stuttgart to Real Madrid after World Cup 2010 and he taught me a lot of technical stuff but also improved me as a person, he trusted me.
“I still have an amazing relationship with him, I’m still in contact with him and I follow him as a coach and as a person and that’s why I choose Jose Mourinho.”

Khedira’s words really do confirm just what a coup landing Mourinho was for Tottenham.
The Portuguese boss remains very highly regarded within football, with most of his former players speaking very positively about his management.
Khedira is actually set to leave Juventus in the summer, with the Daily Mail claiming that he could move on a free.
Whether Mourinho could be interested in bringing him to Tottenham remains to be seen.
Khedira, who won the World Cup with Germany in 2014, is now 33, but he would offer knowhow to Tottenham’s midfield ranks, and on a free transfer could present a viable option for the Lilywhites.
