Clinton Morrison told Soccer Saturday on Sky Sports (10/04/21 at 1:45 pm) that Heung-Min Son could join Harry Kane out of the Tottenham exit door.
The former Premier League hitman thinks Son has had an ‘outstanding’ campaign and, just like his partner in crime, he is of ‘world-class’ quality.
Both Son and Kane have built quite the partnership over these years, but during this campaign, it has exploded into life, only for the rest of their Tottenham teammates to produce a number of questionable performances.
But with all the talk about Kane leaving, Morrison questioned what type of player Spurs will be able to attract if they lose both Son and Kane this summer.
“You have to remember Son is there as well,” said Morrison. “He’s a world-class player. For me, Son could get into any top-four team, at the moment.
“Son will be thinking ‘if I lose my mate Harry Kane then he could be on the bike and the move as well’ because I think Son has had an outstanding season.
“Then what kind of players do you attract then? If you sell the likes of Harry Kane, lose Son and lose Lloris then what kind of players are going to want to come to Tottenham at this precise moment, especially if you are not playing Champions League football.”

It’s understandable why Kane gets all the plaudits, but over the years, Son has become an under-appreciated figure.
But it does seem as though plaudits for his talents and quality has risen and it’s only deserving of the £22 million star (Mirror).
Whatever happens at the end of the season, Spurs simply cannot allow any of their talented stars to leave because as soon as Kane departs then it will only start the ball rolling.
