Quite a few Liverpool players struggled in last night’s defeat by Arsenal.

But one star belonging to the newly-crowned Premier League champions who definitely enjoyed his Wednesday night is Rhian Brewster.

The 20-year-old striker, who left Liverpool to join Swansea City on loan in January, scored a belter of a goal in last night’s 2-2 draw away to Nottingham Forest.

Brewster, who came through the Anfield club’s academy, opened the scoring after only eight minutes, thumping home from outside the box with an emphatic first-time finish.

The young marksman now has nine goals in 18 Championship outings for the South-Welsh club.

And here’s how their fans reacted to the goal on Twitter:

Seeing Brewster’s goal might have cheered up Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp after the Emirates Stadium debacle, and it’ll be interesting to see if the German keeps him around next season.

Yes, he has no Premier League experience, but this is one hell of a talent and at 20, he’s only going to get a lot better – especially when he’s working closely with a coach like Klopp.
