If Tottenham want Ruben Neves then Wolves must demand Mousa Dembele in exchange.

Neves has starred for Wolves since signing from Porto last summer and helped them win promotion to the Premier League.
Yet interest from Champions League sides dictates this alone may not be enough to keep him.
Wolves are in a position of strength and if Tottenham did come calling and Neves was keen, Nuno Santo’s side must demand an instant replacement in part exchange.
Neves would be replacing Mousa Dembele in Tottenham’s midfield and the Belgian is the player Wolves should seek to land.

Dembele, 30, is a Belgium international who starred in the Champions League for Spurs against Juventus in the recent last 16 ties.
He would be a more than apt replacement for Neves in the short term if Wolves needed one, proven in the Premier League over the past decade.
Like Neves, Dembele is able to dictate games and outclass the opposition from a deep midfield role.

Dembele’s future at Spurs is in doubt over his demands for a longer contract which chairman Daniel Levy is not ready to meet.
The Mail report Dembele is available for a bid in the £20 million range this summer, and he is a player ambitious Wolves should consider with or without Neves.
Right now he would be a luxury for them, but if Neves left he would be essential. If Spurs really are desperate to sign the Portugal ace, then Dembele could end up holding the key to the deal.
