Tottenham ace had been linked to Wolves.

Just yesterday Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen was linked with a move to Wolves, with the Daily Mail reporting their interest.
What Janssen really needed last night was a misfiring performance from Wolves’ strikers. Raul Jimenez did not oblige.
The Mexican produced an excellent performance, scoring two second half goals in a 3-0 win over West Ham.
Jimenez now has eight goals for the season and is doing everything he can to make Wolves sign him on a permanent basis.
His effective performance demonstrated to Wolves that they should not go to Tottenham and splash out on Vincent Janssen.

Janssen has been ostracised by Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino and banished to the under-23s.
The Mail report Janssen only wants a permanent transfer and has already turned down loan switches.
This means Wolves would have to pay Tottenham’s asking price which is upwards of £10 million.
Jimenez’s performance last night showed Wolves don’t need to shell out, and if anything, they should be looking at cheaper alternatives.
