Ruben Neves says he does not want to leave Wolves amid Liverpool speculation.

According to FourFourTwo, Liverpool have been negotiating to sign Wolves superstar Ruben Neves.
Neves helped Wolves win promotion and is regarded as one of Europe’s top talents.
There is no surprise Liverpool are eyeing his signature, but Neves appears to have offered a firm rebuttal to the rumours.

Speaking in Portugal, Neves told O Jogo he has no desire to leave Wolves.
He said: “Right now it’s not good for me to risk a way out. I feel very good at Wolverhampton, I have no reason to leave because I’m going to play in the best league in the world.
“The fans already know me, the club too, and everyone knows what I can do. I had a great year and I love playing in Wolverhampton, so I have no interest in going out, because it’s the best for me and for my future.”
Wolves fans should be very pleased with Neves’ comments, especially with him being left out of Portugal’s World Cup squad.

The surprise decision can benefit Wolves as it will keep him out of the shop window and decrease the chances he will be targeted by a huge club.
That will be inevitable one day, but for now Neves is happy and is not letting his head be turned.
Liverpool will have to wait for Neves to come to the realisation he wants to move on, or simply look elsewhere.
