Wolves goalkeeper John Ruddy is not giving up hope of an international recall.

Ruddy is 31 and has been a key part of Wolves success this season as the team sit pretty at the top of the Championship.
The former Norwich City goalkeeper has been an inspired signing and looks set to feature in the Premier League once again next season.

Ruddy believes he is still capable of playing a role at international level.
He only made one appearance for the Three Lions back in 2012 and has featured in squads since, but not since 2014.
Speaking to The Guardian, Ruddy said: “It is the proudest moment of my career being able to represent my country, something I’ll never ever turn my back on and something I’ll never think is out of reach because I believe in my own ability.
“And, where I want to go as a player will hopefully – eventually – take me back to the pinnacle that is representing England.”
Whether England manager Gareth Southgate would consider a Championship player for the World Cup squad is unclear, but next season Ruddy could put more of a case together if he is starring in the Premier League.
Goalkeeper is a position in which England have question marks, with first choice stopper Joe Hart currently the back up at West Ham.
