Wolves recently emerged as top contenders to sign Jack Wilshere with The Sun reporting they are ready to make him an offer.

A double World Cup snub for both Wilshere and Wolves ace Ruben Neves now gives the newly promoted side an unbelievable opportunity.

Wolves will benefit from getting Neves back early for pre-season at the start of July instead of early August and signing Wilshere looks even more tempting.

Jack Wilshere of Arsenal celebrates after scoring his sides first goal during the Premier League match between Arsenal and Chelsea at Emirates Stadium on January 3, 2018 in London, England.

Wilshere’s contract expires at the end of June and Wolves would be smart to snap him up.

The Arsenal ace could get in for pre-season at Wolves early too and begin building up a midfield partnership with Neves, getting used to each other and in Wilshere’s case, learning quickly under Nuno Santo.

It would put Wolves in prime position to hit the ground running when the Premier League begins and make a big impact in the top flight.
