Jordan Graham, the Wolverhampton Wanderers winger, has expressed his delight after one of his teammates left to join Aston Villa.

Villa completed the permanent signing of Kortney Hause, their former Wolves loanee, on Monday morning.

Graham and Hause have spent the past four-and-half-years together at Molineux, where the former arrived from Aston Villa.

And tweeting the centre-back after his exit, Graham wrote:

Graham still has one year left on his contract at Wolves.

But the 24-year-old is perhaps unlikely to face Hause in next season’s Premier League, having fallen out of favour under Nuno Espirito Santo.

Graham has been loaned to Fulham, Ipswich Town and Oxford United since the Portuguese coach arrived at Molineux.

Hause becomes Aston Villa’s fourth permanent summer signing, just weeks after the Villans secured their top-flight return.

He follows Jota Peleteiro, Anwar El Ghazi and Wesley Moraes to Villa Park.

Will the former Wolves man prove a good addition for Aston Villa?
