The Wolverhampton Wanderers ace would be an excellent signing for Newcastle United.

Magpies boss Rafa Benitez has endured a challenging summer transfer window thus far, and that combined with his side’s poor start to their Premier League campaign has left the Toon Army crying out for more quality additions to the squad.
One particular area where the Spaniard wants to improve is the wide attacking department, with more competition required for the likes of Christian Atsu and Matt Ritchie, and with this in mind, Newcastle should consider a move for Wolves ace Helder Costa.
The problem for the Tynesiders is that the Black Country outfit will not sell the Portuguese ace for anything less than £20 million, according to the Mirror, so Benitez will surely have to sell one of his more valuable players, if he is to have any chance of meeting Costa’s valuation.
And the ideal player to let go would be Aleksandar Mitrović, whose future at St James’ Park is hanging by a thread.
If the Magpies can recoup somewhere in the region of £10-15 million for the Serbian striker, they would then be in a good position to make a move for the talented Wolves winger.
The 23-year-old moved to Molineux on loan in the summer of 2016, before making his switch permanent in January of this year, and was highly impressive in the Championship, scoring 10 goals and chipping in with eight assists in 35 league outings.
Helder Costa of Wolverhampton Wanderers
The former Benfica man can play anywhere along the front-line, although his is arguably at his most effective when deployed in the left-wing role.
Costa possesses unrivalled skill when in possession, and the direct manner with which he goes about his business would surely add a certain level of potency to Newcastle’s attacking play.
And in today’s currently inflated transfer market, £20 million for a player of the Portuguese’s ilk would be an absolute steal, if Newcastle can raise the funds required of course.
