Glenn Hoddle has told his self-titled podcast that he thinks Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto is destined for the top.
Neto has impressed this term, and now seems to have fully established himself as a member of Wolves’ starting line-up.
The Portuguese winger has been a major attacking threat, with his pace and dribbling ability being difficult to deal with.
And Hoddle thinks that any top club should be looking at signing Neto now, as he has such a bright future ahead of him.
“I think Neto for 20 years of age is going to be some player. If you buy Neto, Wolves fans won’t like me for saying it, but he’s such a good player,” he said.
“He’s got a turn of pace, he can score goals and he can create and he works hard.
“His understanding of the game and ability is just going to get better.
“By the time he is 24 or 25 he is going to be a major asset to whatever team he’s playing for.”
Neto still has areas of his game which could improve, but he looks to be one of the brightest prospects in the Premier League at this current moment in time.
The Wolves attacker has four goals and two assists to his name this term, which is a strong return for someone of such tender years.
Neto and Wolves will next be in action later this evening, when they take on Manchester United at Old Trafford.
