The Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster and local lad impressed once again for the Molineux U23s as they drew with a strong Gunners U23 side.

A number of fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Wolverhampton Wanderers Under-23s youngster Taylor Perry scoring an impressive goal for Rob Edwards’ side against their Arsenal counterparts in their 2-2 draw in the Premier League 2 clash on Friday night.
With the Gunners leading deep into injury time at New Bucks Head, Elliott Watt’s cross found his teammate unmarked inside the area and the 18-year-old midfielder skilfully fired into the back of the net with an instinctive volley.
Bruno Jordao, who joined the Molineux side from Lazio alongside Pedro Neto in the summer, capped off an impressive individual display with the other goal for Wolves, who twice fell behind to strikes from Folarin Balogun.
Here is some of the social media reaction to Perry’s goal and performance – including from a very impressed Arsenal fan and from the player’s proud uncle:
Perry, a local Black Country lad from Kingswinford, made his first senior Wolves appearance in pre-season, coming off the bench against Newcastle United in the Premier League Asia Cup and seeing an effort cleared off the line (Wolves website), before scoring in the penalty shootout against Manchester City.
