Wolverhampton Wanderers have brought the highly rated Rossoneri and Italy striker to Molineux on a four-year deal.

A number of Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to Twitter to celebrate the Molineux club’s signing of Italian striker Patrick Cutrone from AC Milan (official WWFC website).
The 21-year-old, who scored 27 goals in 90 appearances for the Rossoneri after making his first-team debut in 2017, has signed a four-year deal at the Premier League club.
Neither Wolves nor Milan have disclosed the transfer fee for Cutrone but BBC Sport speculates it was £16million, while Sky Sports deems it in the region of £23million.
Cutrone, so far capped once for Italy’s seniors, becomes the second new player to arrive at Molineux this summer following the loan signing of Jesus Vallejo from Real Madrid last week.
Here is what some of the Old Gold faithful said on social media about the youngster’s arrival – needless to say it’s overwhelmingly positive:
Regarding Cutrone’s potential debut, as reported by the Birmingham Mail, Wolves had to submit their squad list for the Europa League tie against Crusaders by 19 July and it cannot be altered until 2 August.
Therefore, provided all the relevant paperwork is complete and Wolves overcome the Northern Irish side, Nuno Espirito Santo will be able to draft Cutrone and Vallejo into the Europa League squad for the third qualifying round tie against either Pyunik of Armenia or Czech Republic side Jablonec.
