Wolves beat Man United for a second time in little over two weeks on Tuesday in the Premier League.

Ahead of their FA Cup semi-final meeting with Watford at the weekend, Wolverhampton Wanderers picked up a huge confidence-booster in the shape of a second victory against Manchester United in quick succession.
The first encounter in the Premier League this season ended in a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford, while March saw Nuno Espirito Santo’s side run out 2-0 winners over Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s charges to knock them out of the FA Cup.
On Tuesday night, Nuno named a strong side against the Red Devils at Molineux and, despite a setback in Scott McTominay opening the scoring for the visitors, Diogo Jota levelled on 25 minutes to make it all square at the break.
Man U suffered a setback in the shape of Ashley Young being sent off and, 13 minutes from time, Wolves grabbed their winner when David de Gea failed to collect the ball from a Leander Dendoncker effort, which came off Chris Smalling and went into their net for a 2-1 final score.

Jota, who has seven goals and four assists in his last 14 games (Sky Sports News), was asked by beIN Sports how special it was for Wanderers to have done the “double” over Man U given the squad and players they have.
“I think it’s not a big deal,” he replied. “This was just one more game in the Premier League, of course it was against a great team but we want to do our job… just one more game and we’re very happy with the result.”
Needless to say plenty Wolves fans loved to hear his somewhat nonchalant comments, given the magnitude of beating a team like Man U, and some took to Twitter to have their say:
