The Wolverhampton Wanderers winger helped ensure Nuno Espirito Santo’s charges brought three Europa League points back to Molineux.

A number of Wolverhampton Wanderers have taken to Twitter to comment on their side’s superb 2-1 Europa League win away at Slovan Bratislava and one of the players who won the most plaudits was Adama Traore.
Wolves were trailing 1-0 at half time in Slovakia, with boss Nuno Espirito Santo opting to replace the struggling Patrick Cutrone with Traore, and it proved an inspired substitution as the winger changed the game, like at Besiktas.
His injection of pace on the right of the front three provided a great attacking outlet and the team went on to turn the game around, scoring twice and returning to Molineux with all three points.
Here is some of the social media reaction from the Wolves faithful to Traore’s game-changing display:
Wolves were a goal down due to Andraz Sporar’s deflected shot but they went on to score twice in the space of five second-half minutes through Romain Saiss and a penalty by Raul Jimenez.
Substitute Diogo Jota was sent off in the 87th minute for two yellow cards in the space of a minute but Wolves held on to secure victory, putting them second in Group K – a point behind Braga.
Wolves now head back to England to prepare for Sunday’s Premier League game at Newcastle United.
