Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly want to sign the AC Milan ace.
According to a report from Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset, Nuno Espirito Santo has offered £25.6 million for AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie, and some Wolves fans took to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.
Nuno has already been busy this summer, bringing in Patrick Cutrone for £16 million from AC Milan and Jesus Vallejo on a season-long loan from Real Madrid.
Wolves would still like to strengthen further still, however.
The Black Country outfit have Europa League football to contend with this season, so they will need as many bodies as possible at Molinuex.
And Kessie could be just the ticket for them.
He is physical, strong in the challenge and tenacious in the manner in which plays, so he seems ideally suited to the Premier League.
The 22-year-old really would beef up Wolves’ central midfield, and if they manage to get him for the reported fee of just £25.6 million, it could be an absolute steal for Nuno’s side.
