Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced that striker Bright Enobakhare has joined Coventry City on loan until the end of the season.

The 20-year-old has spent the first half of the season on loan at Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock, where he featured in six league games, all of them coming before November.

Enobakhare joined Wolves at age 15, came through the ranks at Molineux and has made 49 appearances for the first team since making his senior debut in 2015, according to Transfermarkt.

He played in part in the 2017-18 promotion campaign from the Championship, featuring in 21 league games last term as Wolves went up to the Premier League as second-tier champions.

Enobakhare joins a Sky Blues side currently sitting eighth in League One, seven points off the playoffs, so he will hopefully give them a boost up front to help them into the top six.

Here is how some Wolves fans reacted to the news of Enobakhare’s loan switch to Coventry:

Enobakhare is contracted to Wolves only until the end of the season, according to Transfermarkt, so it remains to be seen whether the Premier League club opts to offer him a new deal depending on how he performs at the Ricoh Arena.
