Wolverhampton Wanderers fans on Twitter want to see Leander Dendoncker given a Premier League debut on Wednesday.

Wolves host Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea at Molineux tomorrow night.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side are already without Ruben Neves due to suspension, leaving a vacant midfield spot for somebody.

Dendoncker hasn’t kicked a ball for Wolves in the Premier League since joining on loan from Anderlecht in the summer.

It’s a mystery as to why exactly Nuno hasn’t played him in the league, given that the Belgian has made two Carabao Cup appearances.

But the 23-year-old was spotted in training this afternoon and Wanderers supporters want to see him start against the Blues.

Voetbal Nieuws reported this week that a January move could be on the cards for Dendoncker, who will cost Wolves a cool £12 million next summer, if he makes it that long.

It remains to see why he hasn’t featured for the West Midlands side, but if Nuno has no plans for him then it’s probably best to allow him return to Belgium next month.
