Douglas starred in Leeds win over Stoke City on Sunday.

Wolverhampton Wanderers duo Ivan Cavaleiro and Leo Bonatini have commented on Barry Douglas’ Instagram post after the Scotsman made his debut for Leeds United on Sunday afternoon.
Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds dominated Gary Rowett’s Stoke City with a comprehensive 3-1 win in which Bielsa’s high press and attacking style of football completely dumbfounded Stoke at Elland Road.
Goals from Mateusz Klich, Pablo Hernandez and Liam Cooper sealed all three points, despite Benik Afobe’s second-half penalty – conceded by left-back and new signing Douglas.
But the 28-year-old set-piece specialist made up for his foul, by placing an immaculate corner onto captain Cooper’s head to seal all three points for the Whites. Douglas posted on Instagram after the match.
Douglas looked assured and gave Leeds fans of plenty of hope of what is to come, after arguably being one of the best players in the Championship last season – and certainly the best left-back.
Winger Cavaleiro commented: “Giving some assists already?”, while Bonatini showed his affection towards Douglas by commenting an emoji of a heart.

Douglas and Leeds are next in action on Saturday evening as they travel to Pride Park to face Frank Lampard’s Derby County, in what promises to be another difficult test after The Rams beat Reading 2-1.
