Portuguese newspaper Record report Anderson Talisca’s agent has flown to Portugal to attempt to speed up his client’s exit from Benfica.
O Jogo reported late on Thursday that Talisca is set to join Wolves, and while a move is imminent, it is being held up by a need for a work permit.
Record report that Talisca’s direct representative Jesse Carvalho has jetted in to be with his client while he trains alone in Benfica’s gym, away from his teammates.
The report states the purpose of Carvalho’s visit is, “to closely monitor the player in this phase, but also in order to speed up legal procedures so that there is definitive green light to the exit.”

Carvalho is the direct agent for Talisca, but it is Jorge Mendes who is responsible for brokering negotiations between clubs.
Talisca would become Wolves’ fifth signing since their takeover by the Fosun International Group, and easily their most high profile, as they seek to build a squad capable of challenging for promotion from the Championship.
