The Wolves player has delighted and frustrated fans of the Premier League club in pretty much equal measure this season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have enjoyed a fantastic season both in the Premier League and FA Cup this term but one player has found himself under criticism by some fans on a number of occasions.
Adama Traore has delighted and frustrated Wolves fans in equal measure this term, boasting incredible pace to leave opposition defenders trailing, but his end product and decision making arguably not on the same level.
As an example, the 23-year-old has had some supporters describing him as “poor” and “hindering our play” when utilised up front against Fulham during the festive period, while in the 2-0 win over Cardiff City, some said he put in a “masterclass” and was “magnificent”.
On Saturday, Traore was arguably one of only two Wanderers players – alongside Joao Moutinho – who emerged from the 2-0 defeat against Burnley at Turf Moor with any credit, his performance at wing-back given an 8 out of 10 by the Birmingham Mail.
Speaking ahead of Tuesday night’s Premier League game against Manchester United at Molineux, Nuno Espirito Santo praised Traore’s recent performances and also highlighted his versatility and how it helps given their small squad.

“He performed well,” Nuno told the Wolves website. “He’s another aspect that we need to improve to create solutions, for that specific position.
“Playing in different positions is one of the things he can do, but it all has to do with our shape, what we want, the idea that we have for that specific game, but being versatile helps when you have the small squad that we have. The versatility of the squad gives us better options.”
Traore has made 31 appearances in all competition for Wolves this term, scoring once and registering three assists, according to Transfermarkt.
