David Okereke is a promising young forward based in Italy, and there is no surprise that Wolverhampton Wanderers, Newcastle United and West Ham United have been linked with the Spezia player.
In demand
According to The Sun, Wolves and Newcastle are interested in signing Okereke from Spezia in the summer transfer window.
The British tabloid has claimed that the Italian club will demand as much as £8 million as transfer fee for the 21-year-old forward.
Tuttomercatoweb.com has claimed of interest in the Nigeria Under-23 international striker from West Ham United.
Promising talent
The youngster has huge potential, and he caused quite a stir in Serie B in Italy with Spezia this season.
According to Transfermarkt.com, the 21-year-old made 30 appearances in Serie B for Spezia this campaign, scoring 10 goals and providing 12 assists in the process, and guided his club to the playoffs.

Future
Spezia, though, failed to win promotion to Serie A via the playoffs, and West Ham, Wolves and Newcastle will probably be confident of signing the youngster.
However, it seems that the Premier League trio are set to miss out on the Nigerian forward, with Gianlucadimarzio.com claiming that Sassuolo are closing to signing the youngster.
Sassuolo finished 11th in Serie A this season, and it will be interesting to see how Okereke will fare for them in the top flight of Italian football next season.
