The Wolverhampton Wanderers ace was introduced at half-time against Huddersfield Town.

Wolves winger Adama Traore spoke to reporters in the aftermath of his side’s disappointing home defeat to Huddersfield Town on Sunday, and shared what Nuno Espirito Santo told him before bringing him on at half-time in place of Ivan Cavaleiro, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The Black Country outfit have made a decent start to life in the Premier League, and currently sit in 11th spot in the Premier League table, having taken 16 points from 13 league outings thus far.
Adama himself has struggled to make much of an impact for Wolves this season, following his £18 million summer switch from Middlesbrough, scoring just once in 318 minutes of action.
Nuno brought the former Barcelona ace on at half-time against the Terriers, but the Portuguese’s bold decision failed to have the impact that he obviously expected it would.
Adama spoke to reporters, and shared the message given to him by his manager before he took to the field of play, as quoted by the club’s official website:

“After the half time I spoke with the manager and he told me to use my pace and try and break the defenders at the back and that is what I tried to do. But now the game is finished we think about the next game and we keep working to it.”
The Wolves winger has been extremely patient this season, having made just one Premier League start, but it surely won’t be too long before Nuno gives him regular opportunities to start.
He undoubtedly possesses exceptional talent, and he could be a real star for Wolves over the course of the next few years, but he might just have to be patient this season.
