The Wolverhampton Wanderers ace has gone from strength to strength at Molineux this term.

Wolverhampton Wanderers ace Adama Traore has been praised by WhoScored following his selection in the stats site’s Premier League Team of the Month for October (WhoScored website).
The 23-year-old has shown massive improvement this season following a lukewarm maiden campaign at Molineux last term, and is now rightly being recognised as a top-class player.
Traore has made 17 appearances this season for Wolves, scoring twice and contributing four assists, and as well as netting a brace against Manchester City, he put in a defensive masterclass against Raheem Sterling.
As a result of his October performances, WhoScored named him at right-back in their best XI of the month, with a score of 7.83 putting him alongside Chris Basham, Christian Kabasele and Ben Chilwell as the best-performing top-flight back line last month.

“Adama Traore has leapfrogged Matt Doherty in the pecking order at Wolves this season, which is no mean feat considering the importance of the Ireland international last term,” wrote WhoScored on their website.
“Traore netted his first goals of the season in Wolves’ impressive 2-0 win away to Manchester City at the start of October and typically completed 11 dribbles across his three appearances.”
Traore was briefly the Molineux club’s record signing when they triggered the £18million release clause in his Middlesbrough contract in the summer of 2018, according to BBC Sport, and is reported to be on £43,000 per week, according to Spotrac.
