According to Diario de Noticias, Wolverhampton Wanderers are chasing Renato Sanches this summer, and bringing in the central midfielder could be a masterstroke from Nuno.

The Portuguese midfielder may have endured a difficult time with Swansea City this season, but a move to Molineux could be just what he needs.

As a teenager, Sanches looked to be one of the hottest properties in world football.

He shone at Euro 2016 with Portugal, and earned a big money move to Bayern Munich, but things have turned sour for the youngster since.

Sanches now looks bereft of confidence, and his stock is low, but a move to Wolves could be just what he needs.

Sanches could partner up with his compatriot, Ruben Neves, and join a strong Portuguese continent at Molineux.

And if Nuno could be the man to unlock Sanches’ potential then he could yet be a hugely exciting addition for the newly promoted side.
