Wolverhampton Wanderers are thought to be on the look out for new additions when the transfer window re-opens again.

According to The Sun, Arsenal are prepared to sell Mohamed Elneny and Wolverhampton Wanderers should consider making a move for the defensive midfielder.

Elneny has been forced out of the Arsenal team this season, following the arrivals of Lucas Torreira and Mattéo Guendouzi, and Unai Emery now wants to sell.

Elneny could now be a good option for Wolves, who are on the look out for additions in January.

Wolves already have some strong midfield players, with Ruben Neves and Joao Moutinho impressing, and Morgan Gibbs-White coming to the fore.

But Elneny could offer some steel which they have lacked at times this season.

Elneny could be a destructive presence in the centre of the pitch at Molineux, and at just £15 million he should be seriously considered by Nuno’s side in January.
