Italian giants Napoli are reportedly keen on Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore.

From day one, Wolves winger Adama Traore has been known for one thing and one thing only and that is being a speed merchant without any end product.

The 23-year-old has played for three different clubs in England’s top-flight and second tier, but he hasn’t been able to show any improvements in the final third, whether it be his decision-making, crossing or finishing.

Despite that, last summer Wolves splashed the cash on the powerful attacker by paying Middlesbrough £18 million for his services [BBC Sport], but after one season, he could now be heading out of Molineux.

Italian outlet Calciomercato. have claimed that Serie A giants Napoli have shown interest in his signature, with Wolves willing to part ways with the player for £13 million.

Traore, who only scored one goal and supplied one assist in the Premier League last season [transfermarkt], is quickly becoming a complete flop at Wolves and in England.

Following this reported interest, Wolves must sell their player at whatever cost because he hasn’t shown any signs during his four years in England that he is about to improve.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side enjoyed a very successful campaign following their promotion from finishing in a European place, securing a number of wins against the top-six, scoring a hatful of goals and reaching the FA Cup semi-final.

Yet, Traore struggled to cement his place in the side and Nuno had to resort to using him as an attacking weapon from the bench towards the end of the game when they were chasing a goal or looking to kill off the match.

From the very first day in 2015 when Traore joined Aston Villa, his first touch, technical ability, decision-making, crossing, passing and finishing are still being questioned. Wolves would be better off jumping at Napoli’s chance in wanting to reportedly sign him and part ways with their player this summer.
