Wolverhampton Wanderers were heavily linked with Andre Silva back in the summer transfer window.

Wolverhampton Wanderers should regret missing out on Andre Silva, after the way their season has panned out.
Wolves were heavily linked with Silva throughout the summer, as reported by the Birmingham Mail.
However, they were unable to get a deal over the line, with the Portuguese front man eventually heading to Sevilla.
And Wolves must look back with a sense of what might have been now, with Silva in such sparkling form.

Silva has netted eight goals in 15 La Liga appearances, and has shown the sort of clinical finishing that Wolves have lacked this term.
Raul Jimenez has led the line well for Wolves this season, but if there is one flaw in his game, it is his finishing ability.
And while Nuno’s side have performed brilliantly in the Premier League, Silva’s addition could have made them even better.
