Willy Boly joined Wolverhampton Wanderers on a season-long loan deal from FC Porto in the summer of 2017.
Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation that the club want to sign Willy Boly on a permanent contract from FC Porto in the summer transfer window.
According to The Telegraph, Wolves, who have already won automatic promotion from the Championship to the Premier League for the 2018-19 campaign, are planning to trigger an option on Boly and will have to pay £10 million as transfer fee to Porto in order to secure his services on a permanent deal.
The 27-year-old central defender joined the Wanderers on a season-long loan deal from Portuguese giants Porto in the summer of 2017.
Boly has been a key figure at Wolves and has been one of the best defenders in the Championship.
The former France Under-19 international has scored three goals and provided two assists in 34 Championship appearances for Nuno’s side so far this campaign.
Wolves fans have taken to Twitter to give their speculation that the club want to sign Boly on a permanent deal – they are pleased and excited.
