Neves has been on the books of Wolves since the summer of 2017 when he joined from FC Porto for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £15.8 million.
The 20-year-old midfielder is one of the best and most talented young players in Europe, and he is playing well for Wolves at the moment.
The Portugal international has scored four goals in 32 Championship matches for the Wanderers so far this season, as Nuno’s side look set to clinch the league title and win automatic promotion to the Premier League at the end of the season.
According to El Gol Digital, United manager Jose Mourinho wants to sign Neves from Wolves in the summer of 2018 as a potential replacement for Ander Herrera.
