Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Leo Bonatini’s loan spell has hit the skids at Molineux.

Wolverhampton Wanderers slumped to a first Championship defeat since October on Saturday by losing 2-0 to Nottingham Forest at Molineux.
Goals from Kieran Dowell and Ben Osborne shortly before the half-time break saw Nuno’s side suffer a shock defeat, but Wolves still have a nine-point cushion at the top.
Still, it was a poor performance and plenty of Wolves players were culpable for the defeat.

But fans have focused on one man more than most: Leo Bonataini.
The 23-year-old has been a revelation for Wolves since joining on loan from Al-Hilal last summer and has netted 12 goals in the Championship so far.
But Bonatini has now gone 10 games without a league goal for Wanderers, his last coming away at Birmingham City on December 4.

And quite a few supporters believe he is looking like a shadow of his former self lately.
