Stoke City midfielder Joe Allen has been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking with club with Stoke City midfielder Joe Allen.
According to The Mirror, Wolves’ director of football Kevin Thelwell has been a regular visit to Stoke in the Championship and might have been attracted by Allen.
It has been reported that the 29-year-old former Liverpool midfielder will likely be offload by the Potters this summer.
Wolves fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding Allen.
Below are some of the best comments:

Allen is a good midfielder who has been a success in the Premier League, but it is hard to see Wolves sign the 29-year-old even as a squad player.
Nuno’s side have better players than the former Swansea City midfielder, and given the Wanderers’ lofty ambition of playing in Europe on a regular basis in the coming years, it is hard to envisage them signing a 29-year-old from the second tier of English football.
According to WhoScored, Allen made 46 appearances in the Championship for Stoke this season, scoring six goals and providing four assists in the process.
