The Atletico Madrid loanee will join Wolves full time at the end of the season.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that Atletico Madrid winger Diogo Jota will join them on a permanent transfer at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has been a massive hit at Molineux, scoring 11 goals and supplying five assists to help Wolves storm clear at the top of the Championship.

As part of the loan agreement with Atletico, Wolves had an exclusive option to sign Jota full time and the club have confirmed that has now been exercised.
Wolves fans on Twitter were thrilled with the news and are already excited about how the versatile forward will perform in the Premier League next season.
Although there are still 17 games to play, the West Midlands outfit hold a 12-point lead at the top of the Championship and are strong favourites to win promotion.
Jota is well equipped to keep making a good impression in the top flight, having already played over 100 matches and had Champions League exposure with Porto.
