Watford captain Troy Deeney will now miss his sides Premier League clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers later on this month after getting sent off against Arsenal.

Wolves fans seemingly enjoyed Watford captain Troy Deeney being sent off during his side’s 1-0 defeat against Arsenal on Monday night.
This was the Hornets first fixture since their remarkable comeback against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side during the semi-final of the FA Cup.
After that encounter, Deeney labelled opposition forward Raul Jimenez a ‘loser’ for brandishing a mask when he put his team 2-0 up during the game, as quoted by the Evening Standard.
Deeney’s comments didn’t sit well with the Wolves faithful who let rip at the striker after he was shown a straight red early in the first half for elbowing Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
Some mocked him for his Monday night display, whilst others felt it was ‘karma’ for what happened to him against the Gunners.
There is no doubt that a little rivalry has been built from that FA Cup encounter between the two clubs and they will lock horns once again before the season draws to a close.
At the end of the month, they will meet for a Premier League match, but Deeney will now be suspended for it because he will be serving his three-match ban.
