Wolverhampton Wanderers beat Peterborough United 1-0 at the ABAX Stadium last night.
Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have generally praised Diogo Jota’s performance for them against Peterborough United in a friendly last night.
Jota made his first Wolves appearance at the ABAX Stadium, as a second half substitute.
The Atletico Madrid loanee showed some signs that he was still adapting to playing with his new teammates.

However, Jota played a key role in the only goal of the match, with Austin Samuels eventually turning the ball in to the back of the net.
And Wolves fans have largely praised Jota’s showing against Posh.
Wolves dominated possession for much of the game against Peterborough, but were forced to work hard to create a breakthrough.
Nuno’s side eventually did find the back of the net, when they swiftly countered from a Peterborough corner and Samuels finished well.
Wolves are still fine tuning their team, as Nuno looks to get his side fully up to speed by the time the competitive season starts in two weekends’ time.
