Wolverhampton Wanderers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performances of Matt Doherty and Roderick Miranda this weekend.
Both Doherty and Miranda featured for Wolves in the pre-season friendly match against League One outfit Shrewsbury Town at the Montgomery Waters Meadow on Saturday afternoon.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side suffered a disappointing 2-0 defeat, thanks to goals from Alex Rodman and Carlton Morris in the seventh and the 30th minute respectively.
Doherty, who is 25 years of age and can operate as a right-back or as a left-back, started the pre-season game and played for 63 minutes.
Miranda, who is 26 years old and plays as a centre-back, started the match and played for the first 45 minutes.
