Konsa is just one of the players in whom Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa have been credited with an interest this summer.

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans are reacting after a player they were linked with earlier in the summer signed for Aston Villa.
The former Brentford defender, Ezri Konsa, moved to Aston Villa for a reported fee of £12 million on Wednesday, after cold water was poured on reports of Wolves interest.
The move sees Konsa reunited with his former Brentford manager, Dean Smith, at Villa Park, and leaves Wolves search for a new centre-half ongoing.
For some of a Wolves persuasion, their side’s failure to pursue the England Under-21 international was something of an oversight, whereas others are ready to trust the Wanderers decision-makers.
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
Konsa is not the only player with whom both Aston Villa and Wolves have been linked in the summer transfer window, with Leeds United’s Kalvin Phillips the latest.
According to the Mirror, Phillips has turned down Leeds’ initial offer of a new contract.

Aston Villa and Wolves are set to lock horns once again at Premier League level, seven years after doing so last.
