Former Arsenal goalkeeper shares a sponsorship deal with Tottenham’s Hugo Lloris.
Aside from Jack Wilshere, there are few players who Tottenham Hotspur fans dislike quite as much as Wojciech Szczesny.
The former Arsenal goalkeeper has relished in taunting Spurs fans in the past, and did so last season when his Juventus side knocked Tottenham out of the Champions League.
So it was a surprise to see Szczesny standing side by side with a Tottenham player on an Instagram post.
Szczesny had sent a message to Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, who has just signed a goalkeeping gloves sponsorship deal with Reusch.
The message reads as if it was written by Reusch themselves rather than Lloris, with it highly questionable whether Szczesny really did message the Tottenham goalkeeper to offer his advice.
This is quite probably the only time Szczesny will be seen posing happily with a Tottenham player, and vice versa.
