The Besiktas star has been in great form in Turkey this season.

It looks as though Wolves are well on their way to dominating the Championship. The Molineux club are thriving under the management of Nuno and after heavy investment in the side from the Fosun group.
With players like Ivan Cavaleiro, Leo Bonatini and Ruben Neves at their disposal it is hard to see how any of their opponents stand a chance.
If Wolves do, as expected, win promotion to the Premier League, you can expect plenty more investment in the team for a top-flight campaign. So should they go back in for a player they tried to sign as Fosun’s first marquee arrival?

Last summer it looked as though Wolves were all set to sign Anderson Talisca from Benfica.
A Bola reported that the deal was nearly done, claiming Talisca would be signing in a then-Championship record £20 million deal – pending a work permit.
A deal for the Brazilian international, once dubbed the ‘next Rivaldo’, would have been a sensational coup for Wolves but it never came about. Rumours of work permit issues abounded, but it seems Talisca preferred the move to Turkey and European football.

Since then Talisca has moved from Benfica, joining Turkish side Besiktas. He has shown fine form in Turkey and his three goals in five Champions League games this season have propelled the Istanbul club into the next round of the competition for the first time.
He will no doubt have a litany of suitors come next summer but Wolves clearly have the connections to put a deal on the table again.
With Wolves in the Premier League, they might finally manage to convince him of a move to the Midlands as the revolution continues at Molineux.
