Sofiane Feghouli has swapped a relegation battle for a title fight.

There were mixed feelings among West Ham fans when Sofiane Feghouli was sold in the summer after just one year at the club.
Feghouli signed on a free transfer but he did not quite live up to expectations, even though there was a feeling Slaven Bilic should have used him more.
He was sold to Galatasaray in the summer and Feghouli says his ambition was behind the move, and he has no regrets.

Speaking to the media this week Feghouli told Goal: “My main purpose of joining Galatasaray is to win trophies both in the league and in Europe.
“Before the start of the season, I was coming back from injury and I got an offer of Galatasaray. So I agreed to this proposal.
“I am very happy that I came. I play in a big club, live in great excitement, and I want to win trophies.”

Simply looking at the league tables of the two teams shows Feghouli has made a shrewd choice.
West Ham sit 18th in the Premier League, have sacked their manager, and face an uphill battle just to finish inside the top 10.
Meanwhile Feghouli’s Galatasaray are top of the Turkish Super Lig, on course to win the title and qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Feghouli missed the first three games of the campaign with injury, and has scored two goals and provided one assist, while also picking up one red card in his last match.
