Don Hutchison thinks Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool could now ‘win’ the transfer battle for Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham after Carlo Ancelotti’s comments about Real Madrid’s midfield.
The former Liverpool midfielder stated on Twitter that the likes of Eduardo Camavinga, Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouameni provide that ‘hope’, after Ancelotti stated that ‘I’ll stick with mine. We have good ones’, after talking about Bellingham’s potential and signing the 19-year-old.
In terms of financial muscle and power, Liverpool wouldn’t be able to live with someone like Real Madrid if they decided to put their foot on the accelerator in signing the England international.

So, it would be of great help if other teams were to step aside or not really push for his signature because it would increase Klopp’s chances of signing the player Liverpool needs the most – Rio Ferdinand once stated that the ‘all-action’ star would be a better transfer than Argentina World Cup-winner, Enzo Fernandez.
Once again, on Saturday, this time in the FA Cup against Wolves, it was another abject showing without the ball from Liverpool.
Now, they aren’t getting the England international during the January transfer window, but as Hutchison pointed out, there is more belief when the summer transfer window opens.
MIDFIELDER NEEDED ASAP
Whatever Klopp does, there doesn’t seem to be a change in his or the team’s fortune.
That win against Manchester City at the start of the season was supposed to change the tide, but it didn’t happen.
Perhaps the World Cup break was going to do those on Merseyside the world of good, but once again, it’s not the case.
It’s clear that Klopp needs to just add one fresh new face in the middle of the park this month and it could make the world of difference.
